Seattle Surge targeting 04

The Seattle Surge are targeting 04 to join the starting roster to fill the position left by Alec "Arcitys" Sanderson.

The Surge announced yesterday that veteran Main AR Arcitys was being released from the roster. Initially, the speculation was that Frenchman Enzo "Cobra" Mekentichi was in line to join his ex-Aw0babobs teammates. That has been revealed not to be the case, as Seattle quickly targeted 04.

04 was a part of the Lore Gold roster that won the Call of Duty Challengers Miami Open with Nicholas "Classic" DiCostanzo, Peirce "Gunless" Hillman, and Dakota "Dak" Morr. In the three series played on stream, 04 finished with a 1.06 KD including 1.13 in Hardpoint and 1.37 in SND (Stats via CDCIntel). He was an integral piece to Lore's run to the Championship.

This may not be the last move that Seattle makes during the mid-season rostermania, with new information revealing that Cuyler "Huke" Garland's roster position may be in jeopardy. Jake Hale reports that "Nothing signed and decisions still to be made." The high-ceiling, low-floor SMG has had yet another up-and-down season in the Call of Duty League. While he set the record for most opening duels won in an SND (6), he also currently has 0.87 LAN KD and 0.83 LAN respawn KD. At this time, it is unknown who could fill Huke's position on the roster.
