The LA Thieves have announced the departure of Byron "Nastie" Plumridge and Kyle "Kremp" Haworth.

The Thieves are rumored to be targeting Thomas “Scrap” Ernst, Dylan “Envoy” Hannon, and Paco “HyDra” Rusiewiez to pair with cornerstone player Daniel “Ghosty” Rothe. This potential lineup would instantly put the LA franchise back into Championship contention after a rebuilding Modern Warfare 3 season.

Nastie had a reinvigorating season, showing his potential form on the AR. He ended the season with a 0.96 overall KD with a 75.2 Slayer Rating and 1.03 Search & Destroy KD. The Englishman played better on LAN, ending with a 0.98 overall KD and an improved 0.99 respawn KD. He is currently linked to a potential move to the Vancouver Surge for the Black Ops 6 season, per CDL Scrim Intel.

Kremp returned to the Call of Duty League after his rookie season on Boston Breach. He showed his potential yet again early in the season in Challengers, winning the Challengers Boston Open & earning a spot on the Thieves going into Stage 2. Kremp finished the 2024 season with a 0.94 overall KD, adding a 76.7 Slayer Rating and 1.04 SND KD. He held the second-best SND KD, kills per round (0.74), and clutches (5). According to reports by Jake Hale & CDL Scrim Intel, Kremp has potentially been linked to a move to Vancouver Surge as well.
