There are 12 Mastery camos in Modern Warfare 3, each with its own set of Challenges. With 36 total new weapons in Modern Warfare 3, the came grind is real this season.
The Priceless Camo is one of the Multiplayer Mastery Camos for only the Modern Warfare 3 weapons. It is one of the harder camos to unlock due to players needing to have completed other camos first.
Firstly, players will have to unlock the Gilded Camo for every MW3 weapon. To achieve this camo, players have to complete 4 challenges and level up the weapon to a certain amount.
From there, players then have to unlock the Forged Camo for every single MW3 weapon. To obtain Forged, each weapon in a category has to have Gilded and have completed one additional challenge. For example, to get Forged for all AR weapons players must have Gilded unlocked for each and then complete the additional challenge for each of the six weapons. This has to be done for all 10 weapon categories.
After both Gilded and Forged are unlocked, we can now get to the Priceless Camo. It is very similar to the Forged challenges, in that Forged needs to be unlocked, and then an additional challenge for each of the 36 Modern Warfare 3 weapons. Below are each of the additional challenges players must complete after unlocking Forged in order to unlock the Priceless Camo!

SVA 545: 15 Headshot Kills with a Magnification Scope
MTZ-556: Get 10 Enemies affected by your tactical while in Tac Stance
Holger 556: 15 Longshot Kills while mounted
MCW: 5 Kills without dying 10 times
DG-58: 10 Burst Kills
FR 5.56: 15 Headshot Kills with a Magnification Scope
Battle Rifles
BAS-B: 25 Suppressed Clean Kills
Sidewinder: 25 Longshot Kills
MTZ-762: 15 Semi-Auto Headshots with Magnification Scope

Striker: 5 Kills without dying 10 times
WSP Swarm: 10 Akimbo Double Kills
AMR9: 10 Kills while being out of the enemy's line of sight
