Ehsan “DREAL” Javed has announced that his contract has expired with New York and is now a free-agent head coach.
During the CDL era, DREAL started coaching in the European Challengers division. He’d coach Paco “HyDra” Rusiewiez on TrainHard Esports during Modern Warfare 2019 before the French Phenom joined the Call of Duty League. During the Cold War season, he’d find success with Singularity & Elevate. Finally, DREAL would enter the CDL with the Subliners at the end of 2021, taking the vacant head coach position after John “Revan” Boble departed the franchise.
Under his lead, the Subliners won five tournaments in three different titles. In their most dominant season during Modern Warfare 2, New York won two Majors before winning Champs to end the season.
With Cloud9 purchasing the New York Subliners, and the starting roster subsequently dismantling, the franchise hasn’t decided its path forward.
